Refund Eligibility
At StiloNest, we want you to be completely satisfied with your art supplies purchase. To be eligible for a refund, items must meet the following conditions:
- Unused and in original packaging with all tags/labels attached
 - Returned within 30 days of delivery
 - Accompanied by original proof of purchase (order number/receipt)
 
Certain items are non-refundable for hygiene/safety reasons, including opened paints, used brushes, and personalized products.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our customer service team via email at [email protected] with your order details
 - You will receive return instructions and a Return Authorization Number
 - Package items securely with the RA number clearly visible
 - Ship to the provided return address using a trackable method
 
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days):
- Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method
 - Processing may take 5-10 business days depending on your financial institution
 - Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
 
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items:
- Notify us within 7 days of delivery
 - Provide photos of the issue
 - We will arrange free return shipping and expedite your replacement
 
International Returns
For orders shipped outside our primary service area:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
 - Refunds will exclude original international shipping charges
 - Allow additional processing time for international transactions
 
Exceptions
Special considerations apply to:
- Clearance/sale items (final sale unless defective)
 - Digital products/downloads (non-refundable)
 - Gift cards (non-refundable)
